Ramblers Edge – Rules and Regulations Agreement

In addition to the rules as specified in the registration agreement, the following rules should be followed:

1. Campground spaces are not transferable and are not to be sub-let. T his agreement applies to the RV owner. Any change in RV occupancy will require a new agreement.
2. Rambler’s Edge RV Park is not responsible to owners, for any loss or damage to their property including, but not limited to explosion, fire, flood, tornado, windstorm, high water, hail, or other acts of God.
   The park is not responsible for damage or theft of RV contents, equipment, accessories, or personal belongings.
   The lessee accepts full responsibility and agrees to carry their own insurance to protect their RV and property against said perils.
3. Guests and visitors are ALWAYS welcome! Remember that all owners are responsible for the conduct of their guests and are required to notify the office upon their arrival.
4. There is additional parking in designated areas in the park for guests.
   No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per space.
5. We would expect ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS to abide by our “Quite Hours” of 9 PM – 7 AM (Sun – Thurs) and 11 PM – 8 AM (Fri and Sat). All children are expected to be at their sites after hours.
6. All pets will be kept on a leash while in the park, except for any, management approved areas, and is the owner’s responsibility to pick up any waste deposits IMMEDIATELY, including all surrounding areas.
7. Speed limit in the park is 5 MPH and will be strictly enforced.
8. Our dumpsters are provided as a convenience to our guest, and ONLY bagged trash and broken-down boxes will be allowed. This area is under video surveillance! No trash bags are allowed to be left outside your RV at any time.
9. No discharging of firearms, air riffles, bow and arrows, crossbows, or sling shots permitted in the park. This also applies to the discharge of any type of fireworks.
10. On-site laundry facilities are available for guests use between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Current rate is $6.00 per load, can be paid at the office or drop box at the office door.
11. No smoking or personal trash left in the bath house.
12. No pop up canopies or tents will be allowed on any site, at any time.
13. Under skirting must be approved by management.
14. Cigarette butts must be contained and not dispensed onto the gravel.
15. Do not use grill on top of picnic tables.
16. No car repairs on site.
17. Please refrain from walking through camp sites.
18. RV washing – contact management for fee.
